Ansell is a multimedia designer/artist and florist. Passionate about the arts, he is a member of various art entities and dedicates a lot of time to his community. Through his works, he explores the interconnected themes of mental health, color symbolism, and nature. Jordan’s pensively abstract floral paintings celebrate botanical beauty and directly refer to his childhood and now. His work was last featured at the Masur Museum as part of the exhibit Art on Purpose” Creating a Lasting Legacy and New Orleans fashion week 2023 in conjunction with Clinton Downing. A native of Monroe, LA he attended university in the region, where he met his fiancee. When he is not creating, Ansell is gardening or sewing and loves fixing things around his Bastrop, LA home.
